    City hotels across Belgrade, from well-located 3-star hotels to 5-star hotels with meeting rooms. Tell us your class and budget, and we propose options that are available for your dates.

  • New Belgrade, Zemun and Surčin

    The EXPO site is in the Surčin area of Belgrade, and New Belgrade and Zemun are on the same side of the rivers. A practical base for daily EXPO visits; journey times depend on traffic and the time of day.

    For families, small teams and longer stays: more space, a kitchen and, for several nights, often better value. Arranged with property owners and professional accommodation providers.

    Staff housing for a few weeks or the full 93 days: apartments and aparthotels that suit rotating teams, with transfers and cars with drivers if you need them. Ask early and we prepare a written proposal. Long stays are subject to legal and registration checks.

  • Prices are quoted per request. They depend on dates, length of stay, room type and group size, and are stated in your written offer.
  • Long stays. Stays of several weeks or months may come with their own contract terms, deposits and cancellation rules, which we set out in the offer.
  • Guest registration. Accommodation arrangements must comply with applicable Serbian guest-registration requirements.
  • EXPO tickets. Travel2Serbia is not an official EXPO 2027 partner and does not sell EXPO tickets. Please buy them through the official EXPO 2027 channels.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee a hotel during EXPO?

No one can promise rooms before they are confirmed. We search on request and offer only what is available for your dates; your booking is confirmed in writing once you accept our offer.

Do you have rooms reserved for EXPO?

We do not advertise reserved inventory. Every request is checked individually with hotels, property owners and professional accommodation providers, and all accommodation is subject to availability and written confirmation.

Can you house a pavilion team for the whole EXPO?

Yes, we can look for long-stay apartments and aparthotels for teams staying a few weeks or the full 93 days, and add transfers and cars with drivers. Long stays are subject to legal and registration checks and to the provider’s contract terms.

Hotel or apartment: which is better?

Hotels suit short stays, delegations and guests who want daily service. Apartments and serviced apartments suit families, small teams and longer stays that need more space and a kitchen. Tell us your plans and we suggest what fits.

Do travel agencies receive net rates?

Yes. Travel agencies and tour operators receive net rates on request. Please choose “Travel agency or tour operator” in the form, or use our partner enquiry.

Can you add transfers and guides?

Yes. Airport transfers, daily transfers to the EXPO site, cars with drivers, licensed guides and day trips can be added to the same written offer.
