Getting around during EXPO
The EXPO site is in the Surčin area of Belgrade. Journey times depend on where you stay, the time of day and traffic, so we plan each transfer around your hotel and your visit. For most visitors the simplest options are:
- A private transfer or driver from your hotel or the airport to the EXPO site, and back at the time you choose. We arrange this for individuals, families and groups, subject to availability.
- Public transport and shuttles. The city has announced additional bus services for EXPO, and a new rail connection to the EXPO site is planned for 2027. Routes, timetables and fares have not yet been published. We will update this page when they are confirmed.

Where to stay
Belgrade’s hotels are expected to be in high demand from May to August 2027. A few practical points:
- Book early. The earlier we have your dates, the wider the choice.
- Choose your base. The Old Town and the riverside are best for evenings out; New Belgrade and Zemun are on the same side of the rivers as the EXPO site.
- Consider a calmer base. Novi Sad, the Fruška Gora hills or the Danube suit travellers who want quieter nights and a day or two at EXPO.

For pavilion teams, delegations and travel agencies
We work with organisations planning a presence at EXPO 2027 and with travel companies selling EXPO trips. Tell us your dates, group sizes and the services you need, and we will send a written proposal. Trade partners receive net rates on request.

- airport meet and assist, and rotation transfers for staff
- cars with drivers and coaches for official visits and national days

Where is the EXPO site?

Can you get EXPO tickets for us?
No. We do not sell or resell EXPO tickets. Please buy them through the official EXPO 2027 channels. We arrange everything around your visit.
Can you guarantee a hotel during EXPO?
We cannot guarantee availability, because hotels will be in high demand. We search and book on request and confirm only what is available in your written offer. The earlier you ask, the more choice there is.
How do we get from the airport or our hotel to the EXPO site?
We arrange private transfers and cars with drivers, subject to availability. Public transport and shuttle plans are being prepared by the authorities; we will add them here once they are confirmed.
Do you organise programmes for groups and delegations?
Yes: transport, meet and assist, guides, venues and day trips for corporate groups, official delegations and pavilion teams.

What else can we see in Serbia during our EXPO trip?
Novi Sad, the Fruška Gora wine hills, the Danube’s Iron Gates, Šumadija and Serbia’s medieval monasteries are all within a day from Belgrade. Longer private journeys can be added before or after your EXPO days.
