Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Enquiries, planner and partner requests. Your name, email, phone (optional), country, travel dates, number of travellers and what you write to us. We use them to answer you and prepare your offer. The forms send us an email; the website itself does not store your request.
- Bookings. The details needed to arrange your trip (for example names as in passports for hotels and transfers), shared only with the suppliers who provide your services.
- Travel contracts. For a booking, the Travel Contract also records the personal data needed to perform it (for example the travel-document number and, for Serbian citizens, the JMBG).
- Emails and messages you send us, including by WhatsApp.
Website security. To block spam and repeated automated submissions, the website keeps a pseudonymised (hashed) form of the sender’s IP address on our server for up to one hour. It is not linked to your name or message. The website does not use analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking tools.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract; our legal obligations (for example accounting records); our legitimate interest in keeping the website and its forms secure; and, where we ask for it, your consent.
Who receives your data
Only the suppliers who deliver your services (guides, drivers, accommodation), our email and hosting providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months after our last communication with you.
- Bookings, travel contracts, payments, invoices and accounting records: for the period required by applicable legal, accounting, tax and other regulatory obligations.
- Marketing communications: we do not currently send marketing emails. If we ever ask for your consent to send them, the details used for that purpose are kept until you withdraw your consent or the purpose ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form, under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Write to office@love2travel.rs. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs) or to the authority in your country.
