Day 1 Arrive in Belgrade
Meet your driver at Belgrade airport or your hotel. An evening walk to Kalemegdan.

Day 2 Manasija and the Resava cave
South along the Morava to Manasija monastery and its fortress walls, then the Resava cave. Night in the Despotovac area.

Day 3 To Niš
On to Niš. Afternoon walk with a local licensed guide through the fortress and to the Skull Tower.

Day 4 Mediana and the Sićevo gorge
Morning at Mediana, the Roman imperial villa, then a drive into the Sićevo gorge. Free evening in Niš.

Day 5 To Skopje
South through the Preševo valley and across the border into North Macedonia. Afternoon walk in Skopje: the Old Bazaar and the Stone Bridge.

Day 6 Matka canyon and on to Ohrid
A boat into the Matka canyon, then west across the mountains to Ohrid.

A walk with a local guide through Ohrid old town, from Samuel's Fortress to St John at Kaneo, and time on the lake.

Transfer to Ohrid airport, or to Skopje airport (about 3 hours).
