4 hours Three layers of Niš
Meet your guide in the centre and cross the Nišava into the Ottoman fortress, with its Roman baths, stone monuments and Bali-beg mosque. Ride out to Mediana, Constantine's country residence, to see its mosaics of Medusa and of Leda and the swan. Finish at the Skull Tower, the memorial to the insurgents who fell at Čegar in 1809.
