Full day Sirmium and Zasavica
Drive west from Belgrade to Sremska Mitrovica, built over Roman Sirmium, one of the capitals of the late Roman Empire. Walk over the mosaic floors of the Imperial Palace, then cross to the Zasavica reserve for a boat trip through its water meadows and a visit to the indigenous farm breeds that graze there. Return to Belgrade in the late afternoon.
