Signature moments

Evening in the Studenica valley

Most visitors see Studenica on a long day trip. We stay nearby, so you can return in the quiet of the evening, when vespers may be sung if the community's schedule allows, and see the marble church without the day's traffic.

Two faiths, one valley

Novi Pazar grew as an Ottoman market town beside Ras, the early seat of the Nemanjić rulers. Within a few kilometres you can see the round Church of St Peter, where Stefan Nemanja was baptised, and the mosques and old bazaar streets of the town, and eat very well in both traditions.
