Full day Žiča and Studenica
Leave Belgrade early and drive south to Kraljevo. At Žiča, on the edge of the town, see the church where Stefan the First-Crowned was crowned king and where the independent Serbian Church had its first seat. Continue up the Ibar valley, past the fortress of Maglič on its crag, and into the Studenica valley. Spend unhurried time at Studenica, Stefan Nemanja's foundation, with its marble Church of the Virgin and the smaller King's Church, before a late lunch and the drive back to Belgrade.
- Kraljevo
