Signature moments
A village built for wine
Above Rajac, nearly two hundred stone cellars cluster around a small square, built by families who kept their wine apart from their homes. We plan an evening among them, with a tasting and a simple dinner where it can be arranged, when the day visitors have gone.
Serbia's own grapes
Prokupac, the red grape Serbia calls its own, is at its best in the hills of Župa, and Tamjanika gives aromatic whites in the south and east. You taste them where they grow, with the families who make them.
